This workshop is best suited to people just starting out on their crystal journey.

During this workshop we will cover understanding the energy of crystals and how they work with our energy field and chakra's. We will discover the different ways of choosing a crystal & what works for you as an individual.

We will look at cleaning crystals & re-energizing them, as well as using crystals to clean our energy field.

We will discuss the importance of staying grounded. And understand how to set an intent before we start working with crystals.

In this workshop we will look at how crystals work specifically with the chakra system.

We will discover which crystal to use with each chakra. How to stay grounded when working on your chakras and how to set an intent before you start to work with crystals on your chakras.

We will find out how to diagnose imbalances & blockages in your chakras and we will discuss the meaning of each chakra.

We will also discuss which crystals make a good basic kit to start working with.
